Your own sales consultant in the Netherlands

In order to meet your specific needs as well as possible, a new dedicated team is put specially together for each customer.
Together we determine which profiles are needed within the team.

In addition to the right technical skills, the developer must fit within the corporate culture as well. You decide who will be on the team, in the end they are your own remote colleagues.

Each team is supervised by one of our project managers, whom constantly evaluate the co-operation and job satisfaction of the developers.

We work with fixed monthly sums per developer. The monthly sum of a developer consists of the salary of the developer (depending on level) and our service fee (inclusive facility costs).

You conclude a Dutch contract and you also receive a Dutch invoice as well. During the trial period in the first two months, the collaboration can be canceled on a daily base. After the trial period, the contract for each individual employee can be canceled monthly.

We don’t charge recruitment fee.

We take care of the developers’ working environment. We provide all required office facilities such as laptops, two screens and headsets.

In addition, we are continuously working with the developer’s community in which knowledge sharing is encouraged. As well we organize meetups, hackathons, drinks and parties.
